What you work on
- Understand customers and test assumptions in interviews.
- Refine your offer, business model and next market test.
- Use digital tools and AI to build a testable prototype.
- Use feedback to develop a funding roadmap.
- Agree responsibilities, risks and next steps with your team.
You work on your own project. Regional partners and European EDIH resources complement the programme.

Questions before you start
Can an established SME join the startup accelerator?
Yes. An innovation project within an existing business may fit. Your task, participation and individual programme conditions determine suitability.
Where can I find dates and prices?
The central programme page at workshops.mmind.ai/accelerator provides the current details. We confirm dates, services and conditions before booking.
Does participation guarantee funding?
No. We check funding eligibility and available services individually. A funding roadmap does not guarantee a grant or investment.
